Into the pain I go

I find what I can't accept

Into the pain I go

I find I have slept

Into the anger I go

I speak the truth

Into the anger I go

I see life's truth

Into the sadness I go

I find my regret

Into the sadness I go

I cease to forget

Into the peace I go

I find the new me

Into the peace I go

I find loving thee

Into the love I go

I find I can accept

Into the love I go

I find I have wept

Into the joy I go

I find my grace

Into the joy I go

I find the life I embrace
